These terms are an agreement between you and Unzen ("we", "us") covering your use of the Unzen studio at https://unzen.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not, do not use the Service.
Unzen is a studio that gives you one account and one credit balance across chat, image, video, music and editing models. We do not build the models. We buy capacity from third-party model providers and pass your instructions to them. What comes back is shaped almost entirely by the model you chose and the instructions you wrote.
Everything the Service returns is produced by a statistical model. It can be wrong, invented, offensive, or unlike anything you asked for. We do not review it before you see it, and we make no promise that any particular request will succeed, that any model will behave a particular way, or that a result will resemble a previous one. Do not rely on output as fact, and do not treat it as professional advice of any kind.
The Service is for adults. You must be at least 18, or older if that is the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement. Do not create an account for anyone else, and do not let a minor use yours.
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account: do not register repeatedly to collect free allowances.
Illimité s’applique à une sélection de modèles et de réglages compatibles, pas à tous les modèles ou outils. Pro inclut le chat texte ; Max inclut le chat texte et les images à partir de texte. Un abonnement actif est requis, même avec un solde nul. Les modèles premium, la retouche, la vidéo, l’audio, la recherche web et les autres fonctions non compatibles sont exclus.
L’allocation quotidienne d’utilisation raisonnable est de 150 réponses de chat avec Pro, ou de 300 réponses et 100 images avec Max. Elle est réinitialisée à 00:00 WIB (UTC+7), sans report, et partagée entre tous les modèles sélectionnés, onglets et appareils.
Une fois l’allocation utilisée, les demandes suivantes consomment des crédits selon l’estimation affichée avant l’envoi. L’indisponibilité du service inclus ne déclenche pas de débit. Une demande envoyée comme Illimité ne devient pas payante sans confirmation. Ces modèles utilisent uniquement le service inclus, sans basculement vers l’API payante.
Chaque image livrée compte séparément ; chaque nouvelle réponse ou régénération compte comme un nouveau chat. Les échecs sans résultat utilisable ne consomment pas l’allocation ; les chats interrompus après réception de texte comptent comme une réponse. Si un lot dépasse l’allocation restante, tout le lot est estimé en crédits avant l’envoi. La réinitialisation ne modifie pas l’expiration de l’abonnement ou des crédits.
Une seule génération sur les modèles inclus peut s’exécuter à la fois par compte, tous chats, images, onglets et appareils confondus. La disponibilité dépend de la capacité du modèle. Les autres tentatives sont refusées sans frais pendant une génération.
Ces avantages sont réservés à un usage interactif individuel. La génération massive automatisée, le partage de compte, la revente et le contournement des contrôles sont interdits. Nous pouvons restreindre les usages abusifs et informerons des modifications substantielles des avantages.
Regardless of how permissive the Service is, these are absolute and are enforced without warning:
We may suspend or close an account for any of the above, and we report the first category to the appropriate authorities.
You keep whatever rights you have in the instructions you write and the results you generate, subject to the rights of the model providers and of anyone whose material you supplied. You are solely responsible for what you make: for its legality, for where you publish it, and for the consequences. We retain the text of your prompts and chat messages, and we do not retain your generated media. Section 8 sets out exactly what that means.
You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload as an input, including any photograph of a person, and that you have that person's consent.
To the maximum extent the law permits, we accept no liability for anything generated through the Service or for any use made of it.
We store the text you write. We do not store the media you generate.
Our servers hold your account, your credit balance, payment records, a metering row for each generation, and, since 3 September 2026, the text of your prompts and of your chat messages, kept indefinitely so that we can investigate abuse, enforce these Terms and answer a lawful demand. Only administrators can read it and every read is recorded. You may ask us to erase it; the Privacy Policy explains how.
Your generated images, video and music are written only to your browser's storage on your own device, never to our servers. The practical consequence is worth stating plainly: if you clear your browser storage or lose the device, that media is gone and we cannot restore it.
Generations are executed by third-party providers, each with its own rules. Some models apply their own filtering that we cannot switch off, and a provider may refuse a request or withdraw a model at any time. Where a model is marked as open in the picker, that reflects what the provider states, not a guarantee by us. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Models, prices, limits and features change, sometimes without notice, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan provides.
To the maximum extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or fifty United States dollars. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You will cover us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
You can stop at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we may do so immediately for anything in section 6. On closure, unused credits and the remainder of a paid cycle are forfeited, except where a refund is required by law. Sections 7, 11, 12 and 15 survive.
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer right you hold under the law of your own country of residence.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may, on notice, to a successor. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us.
The English version of these terms is the authoritative one. Translations elsewhere in the product are provided for convenience.
